Keto - It's a Family Thing!

This whole LCHF/Keto/IF thing is catching on and transforming lives. It is an amazing sight to see. This lifestyle change makes all the difference in the world in how we look, how we feel, how many medications we take...the benefits just don't stop.

Last year, our niece, Sarah and her significant other, CJ, have really embraced this wonderful lifestyle. They have a website, YouTube channel and more. They did a video recipe of a Chili Dog Casserole. As it works out, I need to take a casserole to an Amy and Gary's House Concert tonight. So, I'm choosing that one to prepare. It sounds fun and yummy.
