Learn about LCHF and IF...
I'm forever getting involved in discussions about low carb high fat (LCHF) and intermittent fasting (IF). It was beginning to take up most of my conversation time at our Meetup group Bistro Buddies 50+. So I decided to have a Meetup called IF I were thin... at our house to teach those Bistro Buddies that wanted to learn, all about LCHF and IF. Our house is small so we ended having two Meetups back to back. What I took away from the experience is that there are lots of people that want to finally know, once and for all, how to eat and how not to eat. And, they want support in doing the journey...kind of like Weight Watchers.
So, a new Meetup was created for just that purpose! Suzanne and I set-up a new Meetup that will begin having gatherings when we get back from Idaho. Our first Meetup will be on September 9th. Here is what the Meetup is about:

Each meetup will have two parts. First, learning the different aspects of what causes obesity and diabetes…they both have the same cause. The second part of the meetup is answering questions and providing support to each other as we each progress on our LCHF and IF journeys.
